Cultivating community and championing
entrepreneurship

is the cornerstone of our existence here at Little Mountain Shop. For five years we were nestled in the friendly neighbourhood of Little Mountain on Main St (kid sister to Mount Pleasant), our storefront was a revolving door of pop-ups, workshops, and small events. Our ever-changing space facilitated creativity of all kinds; from makers markets to brand launches, cold brew cafes to escape rooms, yoga classes to secret concerts—Little Mountain Shop transformed to fit any creative vision and has made a name for itself within the community as a destination to discover something new.

Little Mountain Shop said goodbye to its brick and mortar in April 2020 (read our love letter here), but continues to cultivate community by popping-up at partnering spaces.

[fade]About the Founder [/fade]

[fade]Natasha Neale is the heart and soul of Little Mountain Shop, although chances are you’ve never seen her. Behind the shops rotating doors this petite powerhouse favours the background, instead preferring to shine the spotlight on others. It’s not surprising then that Little Mountain Shop was born out of the desire to give back to her community. Natasha is happiest when she is of service to others, in particular other women entrepreneurs. By providing her experience in curating pop-ups, she orchestrates bringing the two together.

Natasha is a cheerleader for BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ communities, small businesses, and supporting local. [/fade]

[fade]"Natasha is an amazing and accommodating host. The space was basically move-in ready and had a lot of eye-catching and useful fixtures. Our product display looked very elevated in this space and we received countless compliments on the venue itself. We would absolutely consider coming back to this lovely neighbourhood in the future!”

[fade]"This space was the perfect place for my cake book launch private party! Beautiful natural light, air conditioning, unique and clever merchandising display areas, and still space for drinks and food! Natasha was awesome. Highly recommended for small events or pop-ups!'“

[fade]"We had the best experience hosting our launch party and first pop up shop at Little Mountain Shop. Natasha was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. She even suggested ways to display our products in the shop based on her experience with other vendors. We can't wait to do another pop up there!”

[fade]"We had a great experience at Little Mountain Shop. The space is beautiful, amazing location, and perfectly set up for a modern retail store.”

[fade]"The perfect venue for my week long pop up. Little Mountain Shop made the entire process seamless...from the basics of the user guide to the friendly and comfortable vibe of the place, it is clear that they care and truly take an interest in each participating pop up. The space itself is stunning with the bright open layout so merchandising was simple. The large window displays were the perfect draw for walk-by traffic! Customers were friendly and eager to see what new business was popping up and they were happy to support a local business...sometimes returning another few times to see if there were any new additions. Overall I surpassed my goals, gained amazing new clientele and look forward to returning very soon!"

[fade]"Lovely space! So easy to merchandize. The big sunny windows really help to attract the abundant walk-by foot traffic on main. We've now done a couple pop-ups and they have both been successful. We'd definitely rent this space again.”
